5 High-Paying Unusual Jobs

Are you thinking of shifting career? Here are the Five Unusual Jobs you might want to consider:

Eco Tourism Director

Traditional hospitality careers are increasingly marching to the ecotourism drumbeat. According to the International Ecotourism Society, ecotourism is growing at three times the rate of traditional vacationing, increasing annually up to 30 percent. If you're just preparing for the field, seek an associate's degree in hospitality, travel, or tourism. If you're already aboard, why not train to manage a hotel, bed and breakfast, spa, or resort with a graduate degree in business or hospitality? The majority of lodging managers are self-employed professionals. Top earners in 2007 averaged $83,240 for the year.

Professional Hacker

Ever hear of a certified ethical hacker? That's the professional IT certification for a computer scientist that works as a security specialist, forensic investigator, or network defense architect for corporations, the government, and law enforcement agencies to help prevent hacking or to track down perpetrators. To get into the field, you'll need more than the hacking skills you tweaked together in your garage. Begin by earning a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology. You can get additional online college training in network security. The top 50 percent of computer scientists earned between $97,970 and $123,900 in 2007.

Pet Psychologist

Don't be so shocked. Even Sparky sometimes needs help to keep from gnawing through the neighbor's bed of prized roses. Once the local vet has ruled out physical ailments that can contribute to rude pet behavior, people who love their animals may need to call in a trained, certified behaviorist or pet psychologist. As with human patients, pets can be analyzed and taught to act contrary to destructive impulses. There are even certified applied animal behaviorists. To get into the field, you'll need a master's or doctorate degree in psychology, preferably with additional work in zoology and animal behavior. Salaries vary greatly by locale, but can be upwards of $90,000 a year.

Conservation Consultant

There are companies who are greatly concerned with increasing energy efficiency. And there are those with a conscience, striving to reduce their carbon footprint. When Yahoo! decided to go carbon-neutral by 2007, they hired a director of energy strategy and climate change. Combine your thirst for conservation with an engineering degree to prepare for this thriving field. The U.S. Labor Department predicts a hefty 25 percent increase in environmental engineers during the 2006-2016 decade. In 2007, the top 50 percent earned between $70,000 and $106,000.

Fashion Consultant/Personal Shopper

Among those who care about their appearance, many are born with amazing taste; some have to work for it. Fashion Designers and consultants help those who can afford personal attention to transform their image. You can be the one to consult on hair, makeup, and fashion--and then be the one to take your clients shopping. Get career training through an associate's or bachelor's degree program in fashion design. Top earners in the fashion design trades in 2007 took home $121,640 on average.

NEOBUX: The Only PTC Site That You Can Trust

Just recently, Neobux's admin was very to happy to announce that its members has reached about a million. Here's the formal announcement by the admin:

" To celebrate this mark, users will have to wait 6 months to get their payments.
Sorry, just came to my mind... That system is patented, trade marked and copyrighted.

So, we'll just continue with our lame instant payments.
Yes, the system of instant payments that destroy a business (coff... coff...). Thinking of that, we should have gone out of business two months ago... but that's a sad (and at the same time hilarious story).

Actually, our more than $800 thousand paid instantly prove that we have money to pay and that we love our users that were the ones who made us who we are today.

I would like to thank you all...
The Pioneers, the ones after that and even you that registered today.

NeoBux was created to show what can be done to make the user's experience not only a profitable one but also a pleasant one.

We don't need to tell you to wait 1 months, 2 months or even 6 months(tm)...
We don't need to hide your referrals stats from you.

We're transparent because this isn't just a game or some hobby to us.
We're here for you as you're here for us.

Some are following our footsteps and joining the evolution.
I'm glad that we can leave the ones that don't pay behind and look forward to a brighter future.

Thank you smile "

How to Make Money With Blogging In Three Legitimate Ways

Believe it or not, but it's actually possible to make money from blogging. One teenager has, in fact, earned $5,000 a month just from making posts on his blog!

Of course, not every blogger is this lucky. It does take some skill, and some luck to make money from blogging. What it also takes is some knowledge of how exactly to generate income just by posting blogs. We will go over three specific methods of making money on your blog: Adsense, Pay Per Lead, and Affiliate Links.

So how exactly do I make money on my blog?
You do it by working with another company that wants to use your blog as a form of advertising. It sounds like selling out, right? Not exactly. The advertising can be as in your face or subtle as you want. And it can still make you money, provided you have enough visitors to your blog.

What is Adsense?
Adsense is a program offered by Google. The program, if installed, will display ads provided by Google.

How do I get Adsense?
You'll need to go to Google.com, first. At the bottom of the screen is a link for Advertising Programs. Click on that. Then click on the link for Adsense. Scroll down on the page that comes up and click Here To Apply! You then fill out the form with information about yourself.
After 12-48 hours, Google will notify you via email whether or not your site has been accepted. When you've been accepted, set up your ads by doing either of the following:

If your blog is hosted on Blogger.com, you can set up your AdSense ads by going to your profile, selecting settings, template, add an element. Then select AdSense and login with your account info. Next, you'll configure your ads and save the template. That's it.

If you are self-hosting your blog, you'll have to set up AdSense in more of a manual way. You'll create your ads(which can be as small or as tall as you want) and then copy the HTML/Javascript code Google gives you. Then you'll paste it into your blog(on the left, right, or top of the screen).

For the first few days, the ads displayed by Google will be Public Service Announcements. After the ads have been up a few days, though, the ads will switch to ads that are relevant to your blog.
How does Adsense work?
Every time a visitor clicks an Adsense ad, you get a little bit of money(usually around 30-60 cents). The amount you get for each ad clicked depends on the number of unique visitors you receive on your blog. The more visitors, the more money that can be earned.

Google will then send a check or pay you through Paypal once you've made at least $100 from the ads.

It is important to remember that Google will penalize you if you click your own ads, or if you ask visitors specifically to click ads. So don't do that!

Pay Per Click
Pay Per Click is basically just like AdSense, except you don't just work with Google you work with multiple companies. BidVertiser is one such company you can sign up with to do Pay Per Click advertising.

How do I get Pay Per Click
You sign up with a site like Bidvertiser and then follow their instructions to set up the Pay Per Click ads on your site.

How does Pay Per Click work?
It works by paying you money each time someone clicks an ad that you display. You won't get paid for multiple clicks from the same user in the same visitor, nor will you get paid for someone simply visiting your site. You only get paid for legitimate clicks.

Affiliate Links
Affiliate links are basically links which people pay you for. Companies will actually pay owners of popular blogs to post links on their blog. You can do as much Affiliate linking as you want.

How do I get Affiliate Links?
You can get Affiliate links by searching or Affiliate Link Programs on the internet. Once you find an Affiliate link program that looks good to you, sign up for it. Then you can follow their instructions for putting the link(s) on your blog.

How do Affiliate Links work?
Like the other two methods mentioned above, Affiliate links work by paying you money each time they are clicked. You get paid for each click per unique visitor.

So now you have it, three legitimate ways to make money from blogging. It is important to keep in mind that the amount of money you are able to make depends on how many visitors your blog draws. If you draw a lot, you'll make a lot. If not, the money you earn will be modest. But it's still extra money, so keep doing it!

Making money using Adsense, Pay Per Click or Affiliate Link programs is easy and effective. Start monetizing your blog today!

Make money buying and selling domain names

You probably have heard it before. Some people have become rich by buying and selling domain names. How exactly did they do it?

Domain names are names that identify a website — google.com, yahoo.com, harvard.edu, un.org, to name the most popular ones — and these can be bought for less than $10 a year. What’s interesting is that there are individuals and organizations who are willing to pay hundreds of thousands, sometimes even millions, of dollars just to acquire a particular domain name.

Last year, for instance, the domain name sex.info was auctioned and sold for $202,000.

The more recognizable sex.com domain was sold for $14 million in 2006.

Non-porn-related sites are also a hit. In June 2007, SEO.com was purchased for $5 million.

Unfortunately, the most sought-after domain names are almost always already taken. Still, there is a possibility of making big bucks if you can identify and buy domains that are currently not yet taken but are expected to become popular in the future.

Or you can also buy a domain that is currently being sold, wait for it to increase in value, then resell it later at a much higher price.

Over at domain auction site GreatDomains.com, for example, the owner of dollars.com is now auctioning his domain and, with two more days remaining, the latest bid price is $478,000 (300,000 euros).

The domain seu.com, which may be useful for a company or organization with those acronyms, is currently fetching $23,000.

So if you’re looking to invest in a domain name with the expectation of value appreciation in the next few years, check out a list of domains that will be auctioned at GreatDomains.com. Bidding will start today, Thursday, April 17, at 20:00 GMT and will close on Thursday, April 24, at 20:00 GMT.

Here’s a few of those domains that will be auctioned starting today:
